Wallace Wade
Stadium

Back to Athletics Campus

The rich tradition of Duke Athletics began on October 5, 1929, when the Blue Devils played the Pittsburgh Panthers at a new football stadium, the first facility to be used on Duke’s West Campus and what would become known as Wallace Wade Stadium. With your support, we will propel Wallace Wade, and Duke football, into the future with the same commitment and enthusiasm as President William Preston Few had over 80 years ago.
